Shipping is an added cost to the order. We typically use UPS for all of our packing and shipping needs. UPS provides quality services ranging from packing, shipping, tracking, and delivery.

In most cases, custom baskets are shipped within 4 business days of receiving your order.  We will ship our custom gift baskets to all 50 states using UPS Ground with delivery ranging from 1 to 5 days from the date of shipping.  Shipping costs will be added to the payment due and processed accordingly (Note: collect on delivery (COD) is not supported).

All shipped custom gift baskets are hand-packed in over-sized boxes with protective packaging material to prevent any form of damage during transit. We will send you an email with tracking information allowing you to track your custom gift basket in real-time.

You will need to contact UPS to arrange for special services, such as Hold for Pickup, UPS On-Call Pickup, Special Handling, etc.

Return Policy

Items may be returned for any reason within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, and some healthcare or beauty products cannot be returned.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing items for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping of Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to 1526 Crested Butte Drive, Lewisville, Texas 75077. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
